Tirawley Wind Farm Planning Application

Tirawley Wind Farm is a Strategic Infrastructure Development project consisting of 16 no. wind turbines, with a combined output of up to 68.8 MW and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) located between Ballycastle and Killala village in the north of Mayo. The application also includes the construction of a grid connection (110kV underground cable) from the Wind Farm site to the existing Tawnaghmore Substation in Killala.
